Our Location

Countryside Condominiums Homeowners Association is located in Niwot, Colorado at N. 79th Street and Countryside Drive. The Association consists of 140 condominium homes and was established in 1983. The Association provides heat, water & sewer, trash removal, snow removal, maintenance of the exterior of the buildings (excluding windows & doors), maintains common areas and monitors and enforces the covenants.

Meetings

Board Meetings are regularly scheduled for 4:00 PM on the second Thursday of each month unless otherwise stated.  The date and place will be posted on the Association News page of this site, but the meetings are usually held at the Eagle Place Community Room, just south of Niwot Market. This is subject to change up to the day of the meeting, so please check the News page of this site if you plan to attend. Additionally, you can “like” our Facebook page for the most up-to-date information and changes. You can also call Trio Property Management.

An annual meeting of all the homeowners is held each March. Notices will be mailed out and the information also posted on the News page and on our Facebook page.

For Sale/For Rent Signs

Signs may only be displayed in unit windows.

Dues

The monthly HOA dues are comprised of a basic fee based on the square footage of the condominium, a monthly utility fee that includes heat and hot water usage, and a carport fee if applicable.

Invoices with payment coupons can be sent via “snail mail” or by email via the online portal. You can sign up here for the online portal, which will allow you to receive invoices, view your account status and payment history, register for online payments, and make secure one-time or automatic payments. Please note that paying via ACH will incur a fee of $2.49 per transaction, while paying via credit card will incur a fee of 3.49% of the transaction amount.

Dues are payable on the first and late after the 10th of each month, at which time a late fee may be assessed.

Dues Payment

Dues can be sent via US Mail or by your financial institution’s bill-pay if available. If using bill-pay, please ensure that your unit number is referenced on the check.
